It appears that your laptop does not have a GPU. That in itself is not necessarily an issue, but it seems that our map engine no longer supports your particular version of integrated (Intel) graphics.
This results in the Charts application falling back to a simple version of the map, the same one used in the Charts In-Game panel for MSFS. This map does not support weather or traffic features, and it also does not support track-up.
Unfortunately, there is not much that Navigraph can do about this. You may try to:
- Run Charts in a browser (charts.navigraph.com) to see if that works
- Play around with settings related to “Hardware acceleration”
- Visit https://get.webgl.org/ to verify that your browser supports WebGL
