I appear to have inherited the setup of a VA. I did this years ago but I appear to forgotten. I have a button on the website that connects to Simbrief to generate a plan. This it does, kind of…, The start and finish airports are showing however the aircraft selection is empty or wrong, the VA identifier and the flight numbers are totally wrong. Can someone please point me in the direction of a 1st grade way to set this up… or please help me…

Hi, normally we aren’t able to give support for different SimBrief VA integrations. There are simply too many and they are all developed by third-parties, so we aren’t familiar with the code.
If you can identify who created the module/integration you’re using, I recommend reaching out to them for support. If it helps, some of the more common modules are made by phpVMS, VaBase, vAMSYS, iCrew, etc.
