This is the only issue I have had so far using Charts Cloud. I have to turn the feature on multiple time per flight once I navigate to a different function, it stops tracking the aircraft at random times.
For reference I am using Edge browser, and the version of Charts Cloud is 131.0.0.
Sorry I am just replying as the notification went to my junk mail. Yes, I am having issues tracking my aircraft. I am not sure if it is by design, but each time I either look at something different or move to another tab, I have to turn back on the track feature.
What would you propose instead? This likely should go in the Wishlist - feel free to create a new topic in that category with a descriptive title along with a motivation and description of your desired behavior.
Apologies Malte for my very late response as again notifications are going to my junk email despite add the email address to my address book. I appreciate the opportunity to voice my desire; however, I respect that it is this way by design, which must be for a reason. For me it is just a convenience issue. Now that I know how it works as intended, I will maneuver accordingly.
Hello again! I just thought of something that might have been a misunderstanding on this topic.
You have posted in Charts > Online Networks Beta Testing . With this in mind, I was of the impression that you were referring to the online networks feature.
Yet, in your next-to last post, you wrote this:
What do you mean with this? Are you tracking your own position through an online network, or are you using Simlink? Or is “my aircraft” referring to online network traffic in general?
I am asking because the behavior that I call “indented” concerns the online networks feature - not the Simlink moving maps feature. The latter has its own forum category, Charts > Simlink/Moving Map .
Please let me know if I have understood your correctly!
