The PMDG flight tablet not downloading data from Navigraph

I’m having a problem with the PMDG flight tablet its not recieving the new airac cycles and my navigraph account is active.

Please answer at least the fundamental question:

  • Which SIM do you use?
  • Which PMDG aircraft do you use?
  • What version do you use of the PMDG aircraft?
