I tried to renew my Navigraph subscription, and the payment was approved successfully. However, after the payment, the page got stuck on the loading screen and did not complete the process.

My subscription does not appear to be updated yet. Could you please check if the payment went through correctly and help resolve this issue?

However, I would like to clarify that my payment method is working correctly. I recently made a purchase in USD via Steam without any issues, using the same card.

Because of this, it does not seem to be a problem related to my bank or credit card provider.

In addition, the payment on your website appears to be approved on my end, but then it gets stuck during the processing/loading stage and does not complete.

Could you please check if there might be an issue with your payment system or account synchronization on your side?

Also, I will verify my system clock as you suggested.
