TFDI MD11 Nav Data Update

I installed recently released tfdi MD11 for P3D however how do I go about updating nav data for P3D version? MSFS version seems to have updated via navigraph hub. As I understand MD11 ships with older nav data which is not recommended for use on online networks such as Vatsim.

Thanks for that! on that post it says P3D V5/6 only so not quite answers my question - what about P3D v4? Because I’'m on P3D V4 @NAVData
