Hi,
It appears this is a regression in MSFS in the last week. Please see this thread over at the MSFS forums: 3rd Party Application Toolbars Scaling Broken? - Virtual Reality - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums
We have no influence over this but hopefully it will be fixed by MS in some upcoming update. In the meanwhile just used the map scale setting.
