Terml chart inquiry

I have linked my account to a350. However, when I press update navdata, the error no value for key appears and when I goto TERML Chart, it indicates that I should authenticate my account. What should I do to resolve the issue? Thank you

Unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of what Navigraph can provide support for. We did not develop the A350 OIS, iniBuilds did. It integrates our services, but this is not a Navigraph issue - it is an implementation detail.
