Temporary VATSIM Event Routes

Hi everyone!

In the changelog, I’ve just seen that you set the internal possiblity to add termporary event routings, e.g. for VATSIM events.

So, a few questions on this one:

  1. Is that already avbl and can routes be added?
  2. If yes, who and how can these routes and events be added?

E.g., every Monday, EDDL and EKCH are having there respective online evenings on VATSIM. The main and usual routing between those two airports is this one:

MEVEL L179 MISRI Z851 OSDIK MOBSA Z705 KEGAB MEGAR P605 GESKA Z711 MONAK

However, if it is already a possibility now to add routings for specific days and timeframes, we would like to add this routing below, for every Monday, 1600-2000zulu time, as primary event-route, for EDDL-EKCH:

MEVEL Y850 BASUM DCT DOSUR P729 TUDLO

That’s to enforce traffic via TUDLO, instead of MONAK, so relief congestion there. The alternative routing is 100% IFPS valid.

Any chance you can reach out to me as well regarding that access? In Copenhagen on VATSIM we may have multiple things this feature can resolve. :slight_smile:
