Subscription purchased with Sign in with Apple not active

I purchased Navigraph using “Sign in with Apple”.

Payment was successful (81.64 EUR, credit card),
and my account shows next billing date in 2027,
but the subscription is not active and I still see “Subscribe”.

Could you please activate or relink my subscription
to my Apple ID account?

The subscription was purchased via “Sign in with Apple” and is active in my Apple ID.
The next billing date is shown as 2027.

After the purchase, I changed my email address,
so I believe the subscription is not linked correctly to my Navigraph account.

Apple ID email:(Appleで使っているメール)
Navigraph login email:(今ログインしているメール)

Could you please manually link the subscription to my account?

When you have changed your email address, you must log in with this new email address. The current user (JetAircraft716) has no subscription. So, please re-login with your new email address or contact account@navigraph.com
