Stutters in P3D with Charts app running

Hello,
Since I have installed the Navigraph charts app on my PC, my P3D has become quite unstable. Whenever the app is open, and P3D is running, I get a lot of stutters. If the app is not running, then it is much better. It is very annoying. My P3D was running very smoothly before. It might be a coincidence, but it is definitely happening.

Welcome.

There is no connection between Charts and P3D performance other than possibly you have also installed Simlink to provide Moving Map?

If so, please check you have downloaded and installed the latest Simlink .

Thanks for getting back to me. As far as I know I have not installed simlink as I don’t want it. Where can I check whether Simlink is installed or not? Thanks :+1:

Hi…,

Please:

  • Disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.
  • Use Task Manager to End Task any running Navigraph Simlink tasks.
  • Use only Windows Programs and Features to check if Simlink is installed, if so uninstall Simlink :

  • If they exist, delete folders:
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink
    c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink
