Saw it the first time just now so can’t say if I would have the same issue with another flight.
Anyway, it seems like it sorted itself out after I closed my browser (Google Chrome) and opened it up again. I noticed how the flight had been updated with the changes in arrival I asked for. Even when it previously told me the flight could not be updated.
This is the route I’m flying for reference and will let you know if I encounter the same thing again for other flights.

Understood - just wanted to know if you got the same issue after unloading & then loading a different flight. Sounds like it was something temporary, probably network-related!
