Some Routes wont load in Navigraph Charts

Hello,

I am not able to load certain routes.

Almost all routes are loaded, but if they go over the Pacific or the South Atlantic I can’t load them.
I have not checked if other oceans are also affected.
Here are some examples:

I cannot reproduce this issue with any of the provided examples.

I have enabled some additional logging for your account. Please try again and let me know when a route fails to load and at what time you saw the issue!

Hey,

i tried to load the Route KLAX to VHHH at 21:40 UTC again and it did not work.

Edit: I loaded a Route from EHAM to HTZA on 21:55 UTC and it worked. KLAX to VHHH still did not work.
