Simlink wont connect to flight sim24

hi there my flight sim 24 wont connect to simlink it did yesterdaqy but there was an update to navigraph and then it stopped working it say simlink is running but wont connect ive done all the trouble shooting ive uninstalled simlink and navigraph checked all my internet connections and firewall setting and they are all the same as when it was working so i dont know why it is not working now im getting a pain in my face now as i have a few group flights to do this weekend and ive not moving map..can you help please

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure that Simlink is running on the same system and that you are logged into the Simlink application.
  2. Check the Simlink status window for any error messages displayed. Also send us Simlink application screenshots.
  3. If the issue persists, send us the Simlink logs found in the folder at %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs.

Hello,

Simlink logs found in the folder at %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs .

  1. Press Win+R.
  2. Enter %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs and press enter.
  3. Send last updated log file.

It was too old log file, please check the file name, there is a current date file that must exist.

Hello,

In the recent Simlink update, we have addressed the issue concerning valid data from MSFS. Now, Simlink will only broadcast data once the flight has started in the free flight mode of MSFS.

Once the flight begins, Simlink will automatically send data for the moving map feature.
