Simlink will not connect - my solution

Please review the troubleshooting points listed below to resolve the issue.

  1. Verify if the default browser is set to the operating system settings.
  2. If the default browser is set and still not opening the web browser, check if any VPN or proxy settings are applied. If VPN or proxy settings are present, disable them, as they prevent Simlink from accessing the identity server and initiating the login.
  3. Ensure that the operating system date, time, and timezone are set to automatic synchronization.
  4. Verify that Windows Defender or any other third-party antivirus software allows Simlink to access the network without blocking the application.
  5. Check that the operating system network settings permit access to the Navigraph server.
  6. If Simlink is still unable to login, inspect the network router settings to identify any potential blockages or preferences that may be preventing access to the Navigraph server. If necessary, restart the network router.
  7. If you’re using a multi-language Windows OS, please check this forum solution.
