Simlink stuck on authentication

Description of the Issue

Hi, Simlink used to work perfectly fine until yesterday when for some reason it keeps getting stuck on the “Waiting for user authentication” thing after I press sign in. I’ve had a look at past forums and none of the previously mentioned fixes have worked.

Welcome.

Please:

  • Make sure you Windows time is synced to local real time.

  • Disable any antivirus and firewall.

  • Reset your modem.

  • Restart machine.

  • Uninstall Simlink, then download, install, and run Simlink .

  • Check you are logging in with your subscribed email.
