Simlink is hanging during the authentication process. Never had this problem before until the last few days or so and I have already submitted a support ticket and submitted a screenshot of the problem. This is very frustrating as I have paid dearly for a yearly unlimited subscription. For years this has worked flawlessly but not now. Also when I attempt to sign in to the Charts application I get a “Unable to sign in with device flow. Network Error”. How can I fix this?

I am sorry. I submitted a ticket in the account support as my subscription information was not showing up correctly and had a ripple effect. I submitted an email directly to them but here I will attach three screenshots of issues I am still having. I had it confirmed that I do indeed have a yearly ultimate subscription.
All of these result in me not being able to view the charts. Now strangely, earlier when I was in Simbrief , which I can still access, I was able to look at the Navigraph charts from a completed flight plan by clicking on the appropriate link.

I reset my router and now everything is working again. I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience. Simlink is working again and all seems to be well.
