i have the same proble that cjreed had, i did shut down my computer as well as the rooter. Rebooted everything and i am still getting the same thing I included the log i have. Wish you could help as well.
This is likely an issue on your machine. If it has been working for you, please check for any changes on your system, such as Windows updates, antivirus updates, and changes to your ISP connection.
Try connecting to the internet via a hotspot on your mobile phone.
I was using the pmdg 737 charts were working I was using the EFB for the airport plates and it was fine. Couple of weeks ago I bought the ifly 737 Max. The charts were not working in the EFB its like it was not accepting my sim brief pilot Id. So I uninstall simlink via add/remove program and reinstall did not work . Finally yesterday i decided to uninstall everything from navigraph and reinstall. Now when I go to navigraph web site the system recognize who I am (my iniatials are red in upper right corner) I download everything and now in the main page it is looking searching and nothing happens. I even lost access to the charts
Thanks for helping me
Can you clarify what you mean about nothing happens?
Firstly, verify you are logging into the correct account.
Log into the Navigraph website and click your profile on the top right. From there click on “my subscription” on the left hand panel. That will show you the current subscription you are on.
Secondly, once you verify you are logged into the correct account and your subscription is active,
Click “downloads” on the top panel and select “launch” for the cloud version.
you were right now logging with my account charts are working. But when i want to launch simlink when i sign in it ssys please wait for authentification. any idea
I did exactly what you said and simlink when I try to sign in still waiting
Prior to that I logged in my navigraph account picture 1 but as you can see on picture the simlink icon is there ???
Thank you for providing the log files. However, they do not contain sufficient details about the issue you’re currently experiencing. Please review the following points to help resolve the problem:
When you click the “Sign In” button in the Simlink application, does it open the web browser for login? If it does not open, please check your operating system settings to ensure that the default browser is set correctly.
If you are using a VPN or proxy settings, please disable them and try again.
Check your network settings or any antivirus software that might be blocking the Simlink application from connecting to the Navigraph server.
If you continue to face issues, please try restarting your network router and checking the connection again.
Please let us know if you still encounter the problem.
Good morning I found after many hours of search and chat that the ifly 737 max when we have to put the simbrief pilot id that their system need 6 digits id number. My id contains only 5 numbers. Is there any way to have a new id number ?
Thanks
This is incorrect. I was able to do a flight plan request using a 5-digit ID in the latest iFly 737 MAX for MSFS 2020 just moments ago.
In the ACARS section on the iFly EFB, once you type the 5 digits of your Simbrief ID using the EFB keyboard, you can click outside the keyboard area to hide the keyboard; then you must click on the SET button in the bottom left corner to save the ID you just entered.
After that, you should be able to use FLT PLAN REQUEST on the RTE 1 page on the FMC. The aircraft did open a browser window and request authorization to use my Navigraph account; once I approved it, I was good to go.
I have split your posts into a new thread, but I am confused. Is your issue with Simlink or SimBrief? They are quite different programs. Are your issues resolved?
If not, please let us know precisely what is not working.
