I’m having some issues with simlink as well as all other navigraph products, but at a lesser extent. My simlink refuses to sign in, just saying “you have been signed out” immediately after logging in. I have tried completely uninstalling and deleting all files then reinstalling, re-syncing my computer clock, disabling VPN, changing my non-unicode region and all the steps from troubleshooting links I could find here. Attached is my log from one attempt:

I’m also having issues with other navigraph products, such as charts, simbrief, and in sim efbs, where they will sign me out quickly after around 5 minutes prompting me to sign in again and again.
Can anyone offer any help into this? Thanks
