Simlink not opening

Charts Simlink/Moving Map

I am having the simlink signing me out then waiting for authorization that just keeps turning. I tried to go to Navigraph charts but I have 2 files called Navigraph Charts and navigraph_charts and I don’t know where to go from here.
I’m using xplane 11.55

Welcome.

Make sure you are running the latest Simlink V 1.1.34.2212.

Make sure your Windows time is correctly synched to local time.
