Simlink Keeps Signing Out

My Simlink keeps signing out of my account mid-flight. It is happening nearly every flight, typically seems to be around an hour after connecting to the sim.

I suggest you try a complete Simlink install :

  • See FAQ - Simlink Install and Systray

  • Please use specifically Windows Programs and Features to uninstall Simlink:

  • If they exist delete directories
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Navigraph\Simlink and
    c:\Program Files\Navigraph\Simlink.

  • Then download and install latest Simlink .

  • Restart computer

If still a problem, please send us Simlink logs which are located in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder?

I have exactly the same issue.

I came back from abroad. Before it worked without any issues at all.

Now it doesn’t work anymore.

  1. Ensure that your system’s date, time, and timezone are synchronized with the internet, and that the auto-sync option is enabled in your operating system settings.
  2. If you are using a VPN or proxy, please disable it and check again.
  3. Try running the Simlink application with administrative rights.

We reviewed the log file you sent, and the details suggest that Simlink is being blocked from accessing our Navigraph server.

Please check your internet connection settings to ensure that the Simlink application is allowed to connect to the Navigraph server. If you continue to experience issues, please verify your internet router settings, or try restarting the router, and then check the Simlink application again.
