Since yesterday, when I turned my PC on, Simlink prompts me to sign into Navigraph. When I did sign in with my password, it went to a frozen screen with a reset button. I tried many times with the same results, and then had to go to the Navigraph website and sign in there where it asked me for a new password. I reset my password and was prompted on the verification and everything was accepted. When in flight simulator in my aircraft gtn750, I was again asked to connect and was prompted to their website and again all was accepted. But then I had “no charts available” at any major airports. I shut everything down and restarted my PC only to be met with the same Simlink prompt. Something not correct is going on here, perhaps a bug or some update because this keeps taking me in circles now.
Hi…,
Make sure Windows time is synched to local real time.
Cheers

Yes it is. It all seems fine now! I don’t know why it requested to reset everything, and that it didn’t take initially. Thanks! ![]()
You are welcome. Glad it is resolved.
Happy flying.
