Simlink is not connetec withn the sim in 2024

As of today, February 26, 2026, after 6 PM (12:00 AM Zulu), the Simlimk system is not connecting with the MSFS 2024 simulator, even when the aircraft is on the ramp. The process can only continue using the app, but the website is not working.

My simlink is connected and all looks correct but when I press the arrow on the Nav charts to connect the moving maps i keep getting the same result and message.
“Could not connect to simulator, Simlink needs to be running. Read more about simlink hear”
Iv tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change can you please advise me o a way forward with this problem

Thank you for providing details about the issue. To gain a better understanding and help resolve it, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please send us a screenshot of the Simlink Status window.
  2. Ensure that you are logged in with the same Navigraph account in both the Simlink and Navigraph Charts applications.
  3. If the issue persists, please send us the Simlink log files, which can be found in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.

Hello, I cant do any of that as it wont let me log in at all… It was working yesterday after my flight this morning I was logged off.

I know my navigraph and simbrief is working because I can access via my phone.

Please:

  • Disable any antivirus and firewall
  • Reset your modem.
  • Restart machine
  • Uninstall Simlink, then download, install, and run Simlink .
  • Check you are logging in with your subscribed email.
