- Navigate to the X-Plane plugins folder at
<X-Plane>\Resources\plugins
. Ensure that there is a file namedNavigraphSimlink_64.XPL
. If you find any other Simlink files, please remove them. - If the issue persists, please send us the Simlink log files, which can be found in the
%APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs
folder. - Additionally, please provide your system configuration and the version of Windows OS you are using.
