Please delete c:\X-Plane/simlink\resources\plugins\NavigraphSimlink_64.xpl.

Please uninstall/redownload latest/reinstall using defaults Charts 8 and Simlink.

Please use default prompted paths, and do not override.

This should result in c:\X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins\NavigraphSimlink_64.xpl
