i did download the simbrief and navigraph i already purchased and did get filed plan and was trying to link my aircraft but said simlink are having problem. i couldn’t get charts either. i was looking for tech support but dont see one. wish they have tech support so they can able to fix the problem. oh one more thing this is for msfs 2020 not 2024 or 2026.

Could you please provide us with more details about the exact issue you are experiencing? From the information you’ve shared, it seems like there may be multiple problems:
- Is Simlink not connecting with MSFS 2020?
- Is the SimBrief flight plan not loading into MSFS?
Please ensure that you have installed the Simlink application and the MSFS plugins from the Navigraph Hub. After installation, make sure to sign in with your Navigraph account.

Thank you for returning my message.
i open my msfs then i open my simbrief to get plan filed then i generate flight then i opened chart and i tried to get my plane where my file planned but said couldn’t connection to simulator, simlink need to be running. read more about simlink here with underline, then i clicked on here underline and my msfs is running. something is wrong with this simlink. I tried several times but they didn’t let me.
There is something wrong with the navigraph i tried to download on my ipad not sure which one was. i would want to use my ipad is because it is much faster and easy to use and as for my pc i am using my game and other monitor which i have two monitor for my game and other i need to use for while i flying my game. I checked my email. checking google something i need to look up. but as for my ipad i am able to use simbrief and navigraph i am not able to get open charts. I have an open account that I have paid for.

Thank you for the information.
Please follow the steps below to set up the Navigraph applications:
- Simlink Application
a. Download the Simlink application from Navigraph.
b. Install the Simlink application on the same Windows system where MSFS is installed. Note: The Simlink application must be installed on the same system as MSFS.
c. Log in to the Simlink application using your Navigraph account.
d. Ensure that the Simlink application is running on the same system while MSFS is running.
For the Navigraph Charts application, you can use it on any system or supported platform, such as the web, iOS/iPad app, Android, Windows, or macOS. Just be sure to log in with the same Navigraph account that you used for the Simlink application.
When you start your flight in MSFS, make sure that the Simlink application is running and logged in with your Navigraph account.
After your flight starts in MSFS, you can use the moving map functionality in the Charts application.
