SimBrief issues

Since a week or 2-3 I get an error message on the EFB warning me to disable the following assistance functions:

AUTO-RUDDER
ASSISTED YOKE
ASSISTED LANDING
ASSISTED TAKEOFF
AI ANTI-STALL PROTECTION
AI AUTO-TRIM
ASSISTED CONTROLLER SENSITIVITY

When going ahead and sending the config to the FMGS and configuring it further I can start the flight (take-off, AP on etc.) but as soon as I try to look left or right, engine 2 just stops for no reason. The switch is turned to OFF. Even when still on the runway!? This doesn’t happen when flying without using SimBrief. So there is a relation between the SimBrief warnings and this awkward behaviour. Please advise on how to solve this. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

There is basically no chance this is related to SimBrief itself, SimBrief doesn’t interact with control devices or add-ons in this way.

I’d recommend you reach out to the developer of your specific aircraft for assistance with this.

Then please explain the SimBrief warnings about disabling several assistance functions. This is the case on all SimBrief enabled aircrafts.

Please post a screenshot of these warnings to confirm they are from SimBrief.
