my simbrief has been down for close to an hour; each time, i get a “connection timed out” message or something that asks me to check my wifi connection. my wifi is fine, i’ve tried different devices as well as browsers, all to no avail.

this is ridiculous as a past massive web hosting ceo. there should never be less then 2 or so minutes a month max and even that isnt good. depending on SLA provided, but over a hour straight?
My virtual gate agents cannot hold back the masses any longer. My virtual passengers are demanding $1200 vouchers, and will not settle for the bag of snacks I offered as compensation for the delay (US airline standard policy). Any ETA?
