SimBrief Generated Final Map Has No Waypoints

When I generate my final flight plan in SimBrief, the map comes back with no waypoints. Only a straight line. This has been happening for several days. I’ve been using SimBrief for years and I haven’t changed anything. The waypoints appear when I load the flight plan into Charts or an airplane FMS, so they are there. They are just not being displayed. Any help appreciated.

Navigraph made me change my password and now SimBrief is working. It would be nice if I were notified before things started not working and I’m scratching my head why.
