Do you by any chance have the same issue as in this other report?
The error means that the import failed because the navigation data in your simulator did not contain the expected navigation aid (BASIP in the LI region). This could be anything, including:
- Incorrectly overriden navigation data (third party scenery can cause this)
- Duplicate navigation data install (leftovers from a previous beta version of the AIRAC)
