Hi! Today 9.2.2026 I updated my MSFS 2024 FenixSim program to version v2.4.0.3311. I also installed the MSFS 2020/2024 Fenix ​​Simulations A320 add-on from Navigraph Hub. After these, the Fenix ​​tablet does not import the flight plan I made and generated in SimBrief to the Fenix ​​tablet at all. When I press “Import from SimBrief”, an error message appears that the plan cannot be imported, more information in the log. Yesterday 8.2.2026 late evening everything was working normally, now that I updated that this morning, the connection does not work at all. I have all Navigraph Hub Navigraph packages and add-ons installed. How can I fix this connection problem? I have tried different plans between different airports, nothing works, but I always get the message “Error importing Flight plan from SimBrief. More information…” Or something like that. The reason I updated everything today was because the SIDs and STARs for the route I made in SimBrief were not found in the MCDU of my Fenix ​​A320 aircraft at all, but there were SIDs and STARs with different names. I realized that the Fenix ​​A320 database was older than the latest AIRAC in SimBrief/Navigraph that I ordered. So I tried to update Fenix ​​to match the latest AIRAC data. That’s what caused this Fenix/SimBrief connection/importing problem.

Try reGenerating the flight plans in SimBrief, before importing to Fenix.

Yes I have at the first analyzed and then generated the different existing plans, doesn’t help. I made a new plan there in SimBrief, no effect. I also have load the plans on another tab, not help. Only once I got one and only plan to Fenix tablet via FS tablet, I thought it was the tab “Flights” but I am not sure. But only once. It appeared on the Fenix Tablet. That flight was red and delayed because it was a couple of hours old. And it couldn’t be replaced with any other plan after that, even in this similar way from the FS tablet. That one canceled flight was and remained on the Fenix ​​tablet screen no matter what I did. What is wrong, what should I do or check at the first? Different possibilities perhaps with the exclusion technique. What is the the surest way to import a plan from SimBrief to Fenix, which should at least work? Before this that straight importing connection has worked like a clockwork, no problems at all. Click on Fenix tablet “Import from SimBrief” and that is it, regenerated or new or this and that, but not now.

Ok a few things to check here:

  • Simbrief Pilot ID - Make sure this is correct on the Fenix EFB
  • Simbrief AIRAC cycle - Make sure that the AIRAC cycle is current and cross checked on the MCDU
  • Try loading the Fenix a320 with a default livery. These can be an issue. It would be good to isolate this by loading the default Fenix livery.
  • Create a brand new flight plan, point to point, without any SIDS, STARS or complex routing.
  • Might be a stretch but check your PC time (system time) and make sure that it is set correctly to internet time.
