Simbrief downloader - lost all directories

I’ve been using the SB Downloader successfully for a number of years. Even yesterday it worked. I then made a new flight plan (yesterday) and when trying to use the downloader encountered the message no files available. The screen had one entry for pdf files . I had no other directories available.
Unistall and reinstall.
Same result.

Yes, I have Detailed Navlog selected.

I only have the option for the pdf download directory and no option to add specific directories for aircraft etc.

I can add sim directories as well.

This happened yesterday.

Help appreciated please.

Do you have a route with at least one waypoint? ADEP DCT ADES will not work, Simbrief needs at least one distinct waypoint between departure and arrival airports/runways.

Hi Tim and thanks for the info. Yes I do have a waypoint in the route.
Thats not the issue. I’ve lost all my simbrief download directories which I’ve used for a few years. All disappeared from the Downloader main page. I only have one which I can select - the pdf format.
I cant select any aircraft directories for the plans.

Can you share the PDF version of your latest Simbrief briefing so we can take a look?

Well this is REALLY weird.

I haven’t changed anything since my last post other than shut down the computer. Went back to it 5 minutes ago and I am now getting the directories showing on the main downloader page which were not here before. Now the task of entering all that data again.
I shall keep you informed.

I concur. Same thing just happened to me. All settings are gone, reset to empty folders.

Same here pc in sleep mode for an hour, and puff all directories gone.
