This is getting ridiculous. Almost every week the last month there is a Simbrief outage. Almost everything now on is dependent of it, like Beyond ATC, Cabby, even Navigraph charts. Simbrief goes down, everything goes down. Navigraph needs to do something about this or programs like Beyond ATC need to have a separate option for uploading flight plans to it.

Yeah this is starting to get a little frustrating. It is one thing to say “Simbrief is free” but the reality is that while that may well be true it has become an integral part of the add-on ecosystem that probably drives a good portion of the Navigraph subscription traffic.

On that basis alone I think it really does start to move it out of the “best effort” uptime category and to something more closely approaching the uptime one would expect from a production service.

Entitled view, perhaps but without simbrief integration and a functional simbrief one feels less inclined to pay the yearly sub fee.

Simbrief is currently down (see many repots on Reddit too) - dispatch.simbrief.com and simbrief.com are timing out.

Any insight for what kind of problem it is experiencing and if it’s just a few more minutes or a few hours? Would love to know if I still want to fly tonight. Thanks

If all goes well another 15 minutes most likely. It’s a hardware issue but I think we have a workaround.

I dont know anything but simbrief so it being down stops all my flights. This is like the 3rd time for me. I need it for flight plans, takeoff and landing performance, to use say intentions, navigraph charts, vatsim, beyond atc, GSX, hell even most aircraft have it linked to add the flight plans to the plane.simbrief is everything, fix this pls….. I want to fly!
