Simbrief dispatch login

When I click on simbrief dispatch in EFB on MSFS 2024 and try to sign in it asks me to go to Navigraph .com/code and the code is N/A, also the QR code is blank?

Hi…,

Welcome.

Restart computer and try again.

Check you have installed the latest SimBrief EFP App V 1.3.2 in latest Hub v 1.2.24

You might try uninstall/reinstall.

Check you have a valid internet connection. Maybe try disconnecting Antivirus and firewall. Try connecting to internet via mobile hotspot.

If still a problem, please posts a screenshot showing the error using Guide to posting Screenshots.

Cheers

Ian

I don’t seem to have a code to put in and no QR code. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but not allowing me to sign in?

I get the same screen. I just can’t login to Navigraph within the Simbrief Dispatch app. I’ve reinstalled, restarted, and still the same result

I am also experiencing this issue. I have so far, signed out from every device via dashboard, uninstall/reinstall the EFB plug-in via Navigraph Hub, and uninstall/reinstall MSFS 2024. Still having the same issue.

Try deleting the work folder at:

Microsoft store:

%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\navigraph-efb-simbriefapp

Steam: (I think)

%AppData%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2020\navigraph-efb-simbriefapp

Cheers

Ian

I am getting the exact same thing. I have done the work folder delete. Updated all my files even though maybe updating / reinstalling webview2. I did notice it says subscription: subscribed. But you press sign in and it’s blank as shown.

Hi,

I had a look myself and tried to recreate the issue on my end with different settings and airplanes, trying it also at different times. I always got a proper login code and QR code, so all seems to be working fine on our end.

Can you check if perhaps any antivirus tools could cause the issue, including Windows Defender? In that case, whitelisting the community folder should do the trick.

Hope it helps!

Erik

Hi, I’ve tried removing it, reinstalling but still getting the same. When I open simbrief in the TBM930 it gives me a code and links account, not sure if this any different to the EFB version but that seems to work, it’s only in the native msfs 2024 efb not working. Not sure what I would need to check with regards windows defender?

Regards Phil

Hi thank you for your help,

Things I’ve already tried:

Reinstalled the SimBrief EFB app and all Navigraph packages

Reinstalled Microsoft Edge WebView2

Deleted the SimBrief work folder (it recreated successfully)

Ran DISM and SFC

Checked Windows Defender and Firewall

Confirmed my Navigraph EFB works

Still nothing so far

When I did click the link it came up with this

Thanks for all the checks you have made so far.

The pop up you are seeing is unrelated to the issue at hand so lets figure out one thing before the other.

I know you mentioned you have reinstalled the plugins, however when you uninstall/remove them, make sure that the associated folders are removed also.

  • Microsoft Store Version: Open your File Explorer and delete the folder located at: %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\WASM\MSFS2020\navigraph-efb-simbriefapp
  • Steam Version: Open your File Explorer and delete the folder located at: %AppData%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2020\navigraph-efb-simbriefapp

Also, please try connecting your computer to the internet using your mobile phone connection in tether mode. This will help isolate the ISP in case they are blocking a connection.

Onto the Microsoft Store popup, firstly, make sure you set Google Chrome as your default browser.

Thank you for your continued support.

I have completely uninstalled the SimBrief EFB, deleted the entire navigraph-efb-simbriefapp folder, reinstalled the app, and the issue persists. I also tested on a mobile hotspot with the same result. The QR code remains blank and the device code shows N/A

Does it matter that I’m opening it in the free flight menu other then in a plane?

Is there a log im able to retrieve?

Got the same issue. Not working anymore. Blank QR code.

Did all the above and no luck

Is this only happening with SimBrief? Or do other Navigraph authentications act the same way? for example, authenticating Navigraph through an other aircraft’s panel or EFB?

Only with SimBrief because Navigraph Charts directs you directly to auth on the website so that one is smooth. SimBrief needs you to read QR or a code on the screen in-sim.

Seems like the problem is that the QR/Code doesn’t display correctly

Are you saying you are able to generate a code on the G1000?, like below

No, it takes me to my web browser where i get a red button which says “Allow” or something like that. (Navi Charts)

In the sim I cant get SimBrief to work at all because the code and QR code is blank

Navigraph uses the web browser to allow it in the sim. Works flawless instead of the QR/Code

Log into your Navigraph account, go to “devices” (on the left side panel of your account) and sign out of the signed in SimBrief sessions, if there are any.

If there are any, get rid of them all and try signing in again.

It would be really good to have your feedback too.
