As advised, check your internet connection. Try connecting via a mobile hotspot to isolate router/desktop comms issues.

i tried 3 diffrent networks and the same
everything is working fine
i can access the website SimBrief - Dispatch
but about simbrief EFP is not connected
I’ve had this issue before. I had to uninstall and reinstall all of my navigraph hub installs

Hi, I’m having the same issue since SU5, but it only fails when in VR. In 2D, the app loads fine on the tablet. In VR it gives the error at the top of the post.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn’t help,

Same here. Also only in VR
Strange that its only affecting your VR session. Can you try removing the authentication for SimBrief via your Navigraph account, then attempt to sign back into it again.
I am also getting this issue in VR only since SU5

Can you try uninstalling the SimBrief EFB app via Navigraph Hub and make absolutely sure that the SimBrief EFB file has been removed from your community folder. It will look like the folder below.

Once you have confirmed the file has been removed, go ahead and install the SimBrief EFB app from Navigraph Hub again, the try MSFS2024 again and start up VR.
I have this problem in beta 5.1 Simbrief Dispatch works in 2D but not VR. I will try the uninstall/reinstall tip above.
Good news, we’re identified the issue, we’re still working the fix and will update when ready.
This should now be resolved.
Can you please check SimBrief in VR again.
