Since SU5 I can’t import an flighplan from simbrief to EFB in VR, in 2d we have no problem ,with Navigraph charts no problem in VR.

Hello,

Can you explain a little further please, the steps you were taking to import, so we can attempt reproducing.

Thank you

Hello,

What cleaner did you use? Also, what caches did you clean?

Can you try uninstalling the SimBrief EFB app via Navigraph Hub and make absolutely sure that the SimBrief EFB file has been removed from your community folder. It will look like the folder below.

a5436ce5e554c4a1a2b76cb50fb28e07

Once you have confirmed the file has been removed, go ahead and install the SimBrief EFB app from Navigraph Hub again, the try MSFS2024 again and start up VR.

Hello,

works once, twice, three times and same problem.

I follow this, and i dont have more the problem, thanks!

If the issue pops back up at some point, please let us know.

Thanks!

I’m having this same issue - it only affects the EFB versions of Navigraph and Simbrief. The navigraph plug in continues to work. I tried the fix - I uninstalled everything, made sure it was gone from the community folder and then reinstalled - still have the issue. I think this is related to the SU5 change that made the VR version of the EFB somehow different from the 2d version of the EFB (you have to change your flight in each for example - it doesn’t remember from one to the other any more).

Hi, I believe this should be fixed in the new 1.3.2 version of the SimBrief EFB app.

Please close the sim, re-download/update it from Navigraph Hub or via the direct download here, re-launch the sim and try it again.

Let us know if that fixes it!

Best regards,

Hi,

Whenever I try to open Simbrief Dispatch, it always says “dispatch.simbrief.com refused to connect.” How can I fix this or troubleshoot

Thanks

The reinstall was 1.3.2 of the simbrief app - and 1.0.8 of the navigraph efb app. Problem still exists.

With the new version works fine now.

thanks

What I’ve found is that it happens when you change aircraft. As long as you stay in the same aircraft it seems to work ok until you change to a different one and then it fails - I’m still verifying that though.

Thats very strange as we identified the fault as being a second EFB view when switching to the VR instance itself (the 2D version not releasing dependancies for the VR version to load)

Try removing the SimBrief authentication from the “devices” list on your Navigraph account and try authenticating again.

There were a bunch of old authentications there. I deleted all of them, restrarted, and reauthorized - fingers crossed!

Nope, didn’t work. 1st flight in a Starship went fine - 2 1/2 hour flight. Switched to a TBM700 and I got the reload message when I brought up Navigraph in the efb :frowning: FYI - I am a developer as well, if there’s anything I can do to help troubleshoot I’m open to help. To be clear - my primary issue is around the Navigraph efb app not Simbrief (although that appears to be affected as well in previous testing). I’m in this thread because you pointed me here from my other post.
