Can you please explain in detail (possibly with screenshots) your steps on creating the Simbrief FP and, further, the import into the Inibuilds?
Also, it would be interesting to know which Inibuild aircraft you mean.

We at SayIntentions.AI hear the same from our users. They intermittently cannot load the flight plan. It mentions a User ID error. We retrieve via the API.

Hello, I also have this same problem on the FS2020. Yesterday it was working fine when I charged it from the airplane tablet and it tells me sync failed, but the rest of it charges fine.
As per this post, we have identified and temporarily fixed an issue that affected only the SayIntentions implementation.
Any other reports (in this topic) are caused by something else.
@mspeirs1008 @HorizontalNavigation - please provide more details, or reach out to iniBuilds. At the moment, we do not have enough information to help you.
