Hello,
I am generating a flight plan from VABB to VOMM (sim brief) exporting it via zibo 737 download fpl and placing it in the output > FMC plans folder.
When loading up the flight plan in the 737 cdu it’s showing a wrong random waypoint and fixes.
I am attaching the file downloaded from the simbrief via zibo 737.
b738x.xml (767.2 KB)
Supposed FPL should be like this
After loading the FPL in zibo 737 x-plane 11 it shows like this, I have attached the screen shots( Sid and stars are not attached but why does it insert random waypoints in-between)
Any Leads would be of great help thank you!
These waypoints are part of the SID and STAR procedures:
MB397 OMKIS MB390 MB362 part of the OMKI2B SID with EPKOS transition
ANIRO GUANI FANER MM503 MM513 part of the OPAM2E STAR
Regards,
Tim
Yes, thank you.
if you see the page 1 of the cdu, can you see halco 515NM and then xivil 25NM.
Request you to see the distances of these waypoints the order it loads up is mixed up. (Page 1 of cdu)
The distance of the waypoint should be ascending order, from departure airport to destination airport.
Because of this the first waypoint is at 515NM then second one is at 25 nm from the departure airport, check the 3rd and 4th in page 1 followed by page 2, the order of the fixes and waypoints has gone for a toss.
Hope I am making sense. I have attached the file downloaded by clicking zibo 737.

Oh, this is the route to the alternate (VOBL). They seem to be in the correct section of the XML data, so there must be a bug in the Zibo during import?

Tim
Just to make sure I am doing everything correct these are the steps I follow.
- After generating the simbrief flight plan for 737-800
- I click go down to the download option select zibo 737 and download the file.
- Copy the downloaded file to the /Output/FMS plans
- I am attaching the downloaded Fpl file
- Press request in cdu of 737zibo
- it loads up and you get wrong waypoints and fixes.(order is wrong)
- I understand those might be Sid and stars but take a close look at the distances of waypoint shouldn’t it be in ascending order ?
Thank you Tim, hopefully simbrief team looks into it.
Edit; it’s happening for multiple flight plans with different routes.
At first glance it looks like a Zibo bug to me, as I said in my previous post. I am not familiar enough with it to be 100% sure though.
Either way, you should request assistance from Zibo support (presumably on the X-Plane org forum). If there is something wrong with the XML or with the procedure you are using, Zibo experts will be more likely to know the cause.

Tim
Here is a link to Zibo Support about the same issue which I posted.
Zibo 737 support
Anyone using the X plane 11 with zibo 737 can shed light into this issue by downloading the fpl file and checking it out.
