Signing in problems

After MSFS2024 update 4, somehow even after I have updated everything in Navigraph and Sim Brief, I get a error saying that it will not connect to the server, plus when running BeyoundATC, It alsoi gives an error saying unable to connect to Sim Brief. It is not a Firewall issue, I have re-booted several times, still no joy. I can sign in to my account, but when I launch the ‘Navigraph FMS Date manager’ I have to go to the OTP where a code is generated, but it still it will not log me in. BTW am a fully suscribed member.

Regarding error messages, could you describe a little more about what error message is generated? Also, when you enter the OTP code in, what happens after this?

Hi Gordonoc, when I insert the OTP, nothing happens; it just hangs, the wheel goes around and around. I will take a screenshot and send it to you.

Your symptoms suggest a network problem. Try resetting your modem. Also try connecting via a Mobile phone hotspot.

Hi Ian,
Could this be a modem-related issue, given that I can get online and sign in to other applications? I’ve checked the firewall and reviewed any other potential causes that might be preventing the sign-in, but I haven’t identified anything obvious. However, I will try a reset and will update you as soon as. Thanks, Karl
