Please try:

Run both MSFS and Navigraph Hub normally (not as Administrator)

Open Navigraph Hub
-
Confirm you’re logged in
-
Keep Hub running while starting the sim

For Chrome / Edge
-
Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies
-
Make sure:
“Clear cookies when closing browser” is OFF- You are NOT blocking all third-party cookies
