Did you close it “incorrectly” once? Or did everything just start working?
It is of course possible that they have now published an update to fix the core issue! But it is also entirely possible that closing the simulator incorrectly once fixes things for any future simulator starts!

I did that yesterday to test… today it just works…tried multiple times so Asobo must have done something server side.
EDIT: correction, it is working in the EFB, but in the G-3000 if you click on SimBrief you get the code request still.
Today when I logged into the sim I had to re-login to Navigraph via the EFB. I shut down the sim twice, once with ALT-F4 and the other by clicking upper right X. When I got back into the sim I did not have to re-enter my login credentials for Navigraph.
See if it works in the G-3000 or not. It now works for me as designed in the EFB, but not in the G-3000.
I just tried it in both the TBM 930 and the Cessna Longitude and they both my logged in credentials when I ALT-F4 and restarted the sim.
To be clear, your G-3000 Simbrief button is NOT requiring you to log in after an Alt-F4. How about without an Alt-F4? My EFB Simbrief Dispatch is now working every time, but the G-3000 button is not.
