Appears to be semi-widespread, see e.g.
When importing a flight from Simbrief and when also manually trying to add the STAR within Charts, I am receiving an error stating that the PIRAT3 STAR is not valid, even though it is selectable as an arrival within the arrivals menu.

Just reporting this here as I assume this means there’s probably something odd in the navigation database that’s preventing it from being added. Other STARs work fine.

I am having the same problem with the STAR ENAG3A into MMMX. I tried both with and without entering ENAGA as a discrete waypoint, both still get the same error. This problem seems to have started in the last few days or so.
