Apologies in advance if this is a duplicate post, I was having a hard time finding a solution. Sometimes, when I search for an airport by ICAO code, it doesn’t appear in the results. Then, when I remove a letter, I can find the airport in the drop down, along with other airports that have those 3 letters in common. I’ve attached screenshots of the issue. Thank you so much for your help!
FYI, this is reproducible on both PC and MAC Charts apps.

Gotcha, thank you for the response. Is there any idea why this might be happening? It seems like I can’t find many others with this issue online. Do you have any ideas on ways I can fix it myself?

I cannot reproduce a failure to search on charts. My advice would be to try typing slowly. If that fails, please open your browsers developer tools and click on the network tab.
Chrome
Click on the hamburger menu on the top right of the browser
Find “More Tools” and click on “Developer Tools” on the bottom.
Click on the Network tab, then clear the log by clicking the button marked below, then search for something in the search box. If you notice nothing comes up, please send a screenshot of this dev tool output.
