Hello…
I’ve got a major problem. Once I’ve planned my flight. The screen image breaks up and freezes. This makes it impossible to go further. I’ve checked elsewhere and I don’t have problems with other sites and MSFS runs well. So it’s not a PC issue. It’s a new PC too.
Thanks
Hi, this has been reported sporadically over the past few days but thankfully seems quite rare. SimBrief hadn’t been updated or changed when this started to happen a few days ago, so I suspect a bug in the latest update to Chromium-based browsers.
Something specific about the SimBrief Briefing page seems to be triggering it, but I haven’t been able to test any fixes yet since I don’t have this issue on my PC.
Can you please try the suggestions in this thread to see if they help at all: The screen locks - #4 by SimBrief
Best regards,
Thanks for the update. I’ll try as suggested
Hi Again. I did as suggested to no avail I’m afraid. Quite frustrating as it seems OK at first and then once a flight is ‘genarated’ the problems start. The screen beraks up and click spots freeze.
In this case the image isn’t locking it’s just breaking up.
Thanks
RaIF
FWIW no issues here under Chrome, but macOS.
Regards,
Tim
Ive been having issues too. Ive tried to recreate it and it seems that if Im using Simbrief with MSFS running on the same monitor then half of the simbrief page goes missing when moving the mouse. It happens after generating flight plan. If using simbrief on a seperate monitor the problem does not occur. This only started for me a few days ago. Im using Chrome btw.
Just to follow up, I have released an update that I think might prevent this from happening.
Please try again and let me know if you still have this issue in SimBrief.
Cheers,
Thanks. I’ll give it a go tonight.
Used the site last night. No problems. Thanks for your time fixing it.
Best wishes
