SBAR VOR X for RWY 12 IAC does not have initial fix name

I was creating a flight with a friend who has Navigraph signature so his CRJ 700 for MSFS is updated to 2103 cycle. My Airac is the original that came with CRJ. Programming final procedure VOR X for RWY 12 in SBAR we could not find same procedure transition (initial fix). The chart has a initial waypoint GIKPU that does not appear in Navigraph FMS procedure. Analyzing the NavData file I realized that Navigraph changed the name of the initial fix to D064M. Same for the other 2 initial fix of the chart (different initial fix names).

Navigraph shows the initial direction of the flight as transition. Is this correct?

My FMS file is like:
