Why is it possible to set a default min visibility for potential alternates, but the min ceiling always defaults to 600ft and can’t be saved?
Hi, the save icons only save the units of the min runway/visibility. There is no save button for the ceiling since the units are not selectable.
To save a default ceiling/visibility value, for now you can only set this in the airframe options.

I can’t see any alternate planning parameters under the airframe options.
Hi, the options are in the custom airframe options, when you create or edit an airframe in the Saved Airframes section.
I realize it doesn’t do 100% what you’re asking, but it’s a workaround for now.
Also don’t forget to vote for your feature request, as this is how we gauge interest and prioritize updates.

Actually I don’t see any input fields for minimum ceiling and visibility under airframe options either.

Hi, just to follow up, the save icons will now save both the ceiling/visibility values and their associated units. So it should now behave as you were expecting/requesting.
