Are the runway patterns shown in the photo Only in Europe, I don’t see any airports in the states with these.

Hi…,

Those VFR details are less often shown on airport charts in the US. US airports tend to use standard circuit traffic patterns. There are some detailed VFR routes e.g. Las Vegas, Grand Canyon etc.
