Hi,
Is it possible to include, in the navdata, the presence of not of the runway centerline lights, so that the Fenix A320 can correctly simulate the nose wheel bumps ONLY when the lights are present? At the moment you can hear the bumps in all runways, also those that don’t have centerline lights.
Thanks!
Hi,
we don´t offer runway data for stock airports - so, this must be a feature added by MS/ASOBO. Additional, when there is no runway center lights and you hear it than something is wrong in the simulation of the specific addon - isn´t it? More than remove the center line can´t be done … or misunderstood here something, than sorry.
Cheers,
Richard
Hi Richard, at Fenix they say that if the Navigraph navdata contain the info about the center lights, they can use this info to simulate the bumps or not. At the moment, since this info is not present, the bumps are heard in all runways, even if they don’t have center lights.
Aha, but we can’t … because these lights are part of the runway and we don’t/may not touch existing runways in MSFS, sorry.
Cheers
Richard
Sorry Richard, maybe I misunderstood, but you are talking about physical runways? I thought the issue is only about navdata, not physical runways. I mean, Fenix should only have a database of runways with or without lights.
… sorry, we haven´t received any information from Fenix with such request. Currently the Fenix navdata database doesn´t contain any lights.
Cheers,
Richard
