RIBIV waypoint causing trouble

Today, planning flight from VYMM to RKSO for FFX C750, the suggested route was DCT. I selected a stored route and when I generated the route it correctly in text, but in the map was a direct. I uploaded into FMS but verified that waypoint RIBIV, between OF and NIXEM 9999 nm away from OF. I removed the waypoint and all came back to normal.

RIBIV is very far from OF and NIXEM indeed. But it’s supposed to be RIBVI, not RIBIV. How did you enter the route in the FMS?

Looking at the flight in question (VYMM-RKSO), it appears you did indeed have Detailed Navlog deselected. Refer to Tim’s post above for the solution.
