Request: EDDI Berlin Tempelhof as tailored navdata record / SimBrief airport database

I see EDDT Berlin Tegel was added as a tailored record following community requests. Requesting the same treatment for EDDI Berlin Tempelhof please.

EDDI closed in 2008 but has significant and active sim community interest: - Two freeware MSFS sceneries on flightsim.to with approximately 9,000 combined downloads: donalexander71 “EDDI Berlin Tempelhof Complete V2.2” (5,000 downloads, 4.9 rating) and Tribalowski “Berlin Tempelhof Airport EDDI” (4,000 downloads, 4.7 rating)

  • Both sceneries confirmed working in MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024 (east taxiway a bit bumpy in 2024)

- Active use case for historical Cold War Berlin Air Corridor (IGS) operations, a well-documented area of sim interest with dedicated scenery, AI traffic schedules, and historical research communities Current problem: SimBrief returns “unknown arrival/departure airport” for EDDI, blocking OFP generation entirely. This breaks the SimBrief import workflow for all modern integrated aircraft (A300, A320 family, MD-11, etc.), forcing a proxy airport workaround every flight. No charts are needed or expected. This request is solely for the airport record in SimBrief’s airport database so OFP generation works, exactly as was done for EDDT. EDDI’s combined download count across two active scenery packages demonstrates comparable community demand. Thank you for any consideration.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your input, I have re-categorized your posting in the wish-list.
